Refund Policy for LessonPackage

All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

Refund Eligibility:

Monthly Subscriptions:
- Full refund available within 7 days of subscription
- Must have downloaded 10 or fewer materials since subscribing

Yearly Subscriptions:
- Full refund available within 14 days of subscription
- Must have downloaded 10 or fewer materials since subscribing

Refund requests can be made through your account dashboard. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval.

No refunds on unused subscription periods after the refund window has expired.
