These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lesson Package website and services ("Service") provided by Lesson Package. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Description of Service
Lesson Package is an AI-powered platform designed for K-6 teachers to create educational materials including worksheets, quizzes, stories, homework, exit tickets, and other lesson resources. Our Service allows teachers to generate grade-appropriate, standards-aligned materials across all K-6 subjects (ELA, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, PE/Health, Seasonal, and ELS).
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 To use our Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address (via magic link) or through Google OAuth authentication.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Service.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Service Usage and License
3.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
3.2 You may download, print, and use the materials generated through our Service for your classroom and educational purposes.
3.3 You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the materials generated through our Service
- Use the Service to create materials for commercial purposes beyond your own classroom use
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service
- Use automated systems or bots to access or use our Service
- Share your account credentials with others
4. Google Services Integration
4.1 Our Service integrates with Google Drive and Google Classroom. By using these features, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4.2 We will request access to your Google Drive and Google Classroom accounts solely for the purpose of saving and assigning materials you create through our Service.
4.3 You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 Materials generated through our Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide accurate, grade-appropriate, and standards-aligned content, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all materials before use in your classroom.
5.2 We do not guarantee that AI-generated materials will be error-free or meet all specific curriculum requirements. You should review and adapt materials as needed for your students.
6. Payment and Refunds
6.1 Access to our Service may require payment of fees as specified on our pricing page.
6.2 All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not store your complete payment card information.
6.3 We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our Service. To request a refund, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
6.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. User Content and Materials
7.1 You retain ownership of any materials you create using our Service.
7.2 By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your materials solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
7.3 You are solely responsible for the content you create and the materials you generate. You agree not to create materials that:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Violate any school or district policies
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated materials), is owned by Lesson Package and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
9.1 We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://lessonpackage.com/privacy-policy.
9.2 We collect information including but not limited to: name, email address, payment information, Google account information (with your permission), and usage data.
9.3 We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyze Service usage.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Service:
- For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- To harm, threaten, or harass others
- To transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
11. Service Availability and Modifications
11.1 We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESSON PACKAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lesson Package, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Changes to Terms
16.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our website.
16.2 Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Termination
17.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
17.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
17.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but materials you have already downloaded will remain accessible to you.
